The Centre for Law and Genetics hosts workshops periodically with national and international participants in particular fields. They bring together the best minds to solve problems, assisting to provide detailed answers with international relevance. Participants usually include internationally recognised experts, government representatives or end-users as well as post-doctoral students in the area. In recent years we have conducted workshops on Personalised Medicine (Dianne Nicol, Don Chalmers and Margaret Otlowski) and Patent Pooling (Dianne Nicol and Jane Nielsen).
