Direct entry pathway for the 4 year straight Law degreeThe Faculty of Law has introduced a direct entry pathway for the straight law degree for eligible students (ATAR of 90+); this means that they are accepted in the four year straight Law degree from the outset, rather than transferring into Law after their year in another Faculty. This parallels the direct entry pathway already available for the combined five year Law degree (this is also for students with an ATAR of 90+).
Relocation: Mainland students who wish to re-locate to Tasmania for the purposes of a law degree at the university may be eligible for a $5000 re-location scholarship. Students interested in this option are encouraged to contact the Faculty Executive Officer (Kira.White@utas.edu.au).
