The Vice-Chancellor's Leadership Award

The Vice-Chancellor's Leadership Award is designed to give you the types of skills and experience that employers are looking for, with a strong focus on personal development.
Across an 10 month period, you will:

• attend a series of 6 seminars (3 per semester)
• complete 40 hours of volunteer work
• write 8 reflective pieces.
  

The seminar series involves presenters who represent various aspects of leadership within our community.
Drawing on your responses to the seminars, together with your experiences in the voluntary work you undertake, you will engage in a process of personal development, through self-reflective writing pieces and the use of discussion tools in MyLo.
