The "My Computer" icon is missing when using Firefox to load files into MyLO. This can be fixed by loading the newsest version of Java. Instructions on how to fix this issue are here.
Mozilla Firefox will not allow you to employ the "Enable HTML creator". To resolve this issue please refer to our known issues page.
Microsoft will start to automatically update Internet Explorer in January 2012. Users of IE may at times have to update their browsers, to ensure compatibility with MyLO. More information on this can be found here.
MyLO - Navigation to the page was cancelled error in IE8 & IE9
When accessing mixed content an error appears.
MyLO - System Exception error
When accessing files in a MyLO unit a System Exception error appears.
MyLO - General Exception error
