For MyLO to function as it should on your personal computer you will need a supported web browser, may need to change some web browser settings and install the JAVA Runtime Environment.
The following help sheets include step-by-step instructions to ensure your web browser settings are optimised for the best possible MyLO experience.
Please be aware that the latest version of Mozilla Firefox is not a supported browser, and will not allow users to use the HTML editor. We recommend using an earlier supported version of FIrefox or another browser. More information can be found on our known issues page.

If you cannot find the your computer and browser configuration listed please go to Vista 8.0 SP5 Supported Browsers & Operating Systems to ensure that you are using a supported web browser.
