Online unit 'access start' and 'access end' dates correspond to Key Dates as listed on the website for the respective year.
If your Faculty or School semester dates vary from those listed, please amend the access start and end dates in your unit request as required.
Online units are not offered on an ongoing basis in MyLO, e.g. an online unit used for delivery to a cohort in 2007 will not be rolled over or have its access end date extended for the 2008 cohort. However, when requesting a new unit, you can request the content from the previous year's delivery to form the foundation of the current years delivery by selecting the 'Previous delivery' option when selecting a template.
Units on MyLO are backed up on an ongoing basis, each unit is archived at the end of the semester in which it has been delivered. As mentioned above you can still access content from a previous delivery by selecting the "Previous delivery' template option when requesting a unit, alternatively you can request a 'Unit for review' using MyLO Manager.
