Learning from and with your classmates is a proven way of developing understanding of the more complex and deeper aspects of any subject or discipline. This collaborative style of learning is supported in MyLO with tools such as:

  • Web Conferencing – which offers an online space for sharing presentations, talking about and discussing approaches, holding meetings etc, all of which can be recorded and then reviewed.
  • Groups – This enables each group to have their discussion forum as well as their own group locker, making the sharing and storing of collaborative documents easy.
  • ePortfolio – this tool is owned and controlled by you, and you can use it to share items with chosen groups of classmates to get feedback and comments on.
