The Library’s three year strategic plan closely supports and reflects the UTAS strategic plan, Open to Talent. The plan outlines the Library’s strategic priorities and specific initiatives to achieve these goals. The Library and each of its Committees have annual operational plans that are closely aligned to this strategic plan.
