Quicklaw
Quicklaw is a Canadian database offering online access to a range of legal
sources. These include caselaw, statutes and regulations, and secondary
legal materials from Canada, the U.S., and Commonwealth countries.
Quicklaw is available only to University of Tasmania staff and postgraduate
students. Access is by individual ID. Details on how to register
with Quicklaw and download the the viewing software can be obtained from
the University of Tasmania Law Library.

family of databases through the Web. In the Libraries you can also access
the ERL databases through WinSpirs. WebSpirs and WinSpirs look different
and are in some ways operated differently but you can do the same basic
searches in both.
WestLaw International
Westlaw International offers access to the law of the United States, United
Kingdom, European Union, and Canada. The database contains selected full-text
case law, legislation, law reviews, law journals and treaties. Information
is organised by topic and by region.
