If the University Library does not have the items you need, eligible users can request them through the Document Delivery Service. Items requested should only be related to the research and teaching functions at the University.

We use interlibrary loan (ILL) and commercial document suppliers to obtain loan items and articles. Many commercial services are available directly to you, but you should find that going through us can save you time and money.

• You will need your Staff/Student "User ID" and your current Document Delivery Account "Password".
• For password queries or expired accounts, phone or email the Document Delivery Service.
