The web requesting interface is called Document Delivery Account. Sign in using your Staff/ Student ID number, and your assigned password after registration.
New clients must register using the online Registration form available on the Document Delivery web pages. A password will be sent by email within one working day of registration.
You can change your password and other client details via the‘Account Details’ link under the heading ‘Doc Del Account’. If you forget your password, phone or email the Document Delivery service to have your password reset. There is no need to re-register.
The requesting system allows you to search for titles, information returned will be entered into the Request Form automatically once you click on "Get it’.
For example, you could do a search for a book title, or a journal title (NOT a Journal article title) before you place a request. Then click on ‘Get it’ and fill in the chapter or journal article title, volume number, page numbers, etc.
Use 'Create request' link for a blank request form if you cannot locate the item you want through searching.
The requesting system assigns an ID number to your request.
You are able to check the ‘status’ of your requests in your Document Delivery Account under the ‘My Requests’ link. The status messages change as your requests are processed.
