General Responsibilities
- Course Coordinator of the Master of Health and Human Services (Management & Leadership), developing and coordinating core units for flexible delivery of the course
- Work as a member of the School of Medicine postgraduate team responsible for managing the Master of Health and Human Services in conjunction with the Faculty of Business and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). This course is designed to equip DHHS staff in leadership positions with increased capacity to implement reform and improve quality
- Contribute to the continued development of the SOM Postgraduate Program
- Actively liaise with and provide educational support to colleagues within DHHS
- Supervise masters research candidates
- Undertake research activities and develop scholarly articles for publication
Teaching Responsibilities
Consult with students and undertake lecturing, marking and assessment activities including responsibility for development and implementation of the Change Management & Diffusion of Innovation in Health Services unit as part of the Master of Health and Human Service Program.
Additional Information
My academic career is very new with my Masters studies involving a Literature Review of electronically-published, peer-reviewed articles on clinical rehabilitation and Australia.
I undertook a second, more detailed study on a subset of these journal publications that explored clinical rehabilitation within Australia from perspectives other than inpatient rehabilitation.

- Clinical Rehabilitation, particularly the development and provision of community based rehabilitation programs
