Students seeking to know which units to enrol in should consult the specific guide for the course into which they have been accepted.

The guides show a typical enrolment matrix for the complete degree. First year students should enrol in the first row of units.

Students wishing to apply for credit for previous study (please remember to include academic transcripts and, when appropriate, unit descriptors) need to complete the appropriate paperwork (the form is listed under "General Administration").

Where an elective is shown students may choose from Conservatorium electives or any unit offered by the University for which the student may be approved entry. Please consult the Conservatorium’s Timetable as well as the chosen unit’s scheduling.

Ensemble enrolment is provisional until after the student has auditioned (auditions occur during Orientation Week – please email the director of the relevant ensemble to confirm an audition session/time).

Most Conservatorium undergraduate units are weighted at 12.5%. Exceptions:

• FCP coded units and FCE Music Project units, all of which are 25% units
