Unscheduled Outage: MyLO Manager

Due to an overload on the CPU, the server has had to be restarted. As the service kept crashing due to the load being placed on MyLO Manger by the enrolment feed,

ITS are currently adding further hardware to increase stability during peak load times.

While this is occurring you may find the performance of MyLO Manager to be slow. We expect that MyLO Manager should be running as normal by Friday 20th of February.

Turnitin Outage

Turnitin services may be unavailable during a scheduled maintenance period on Sunday, 8 March 2015 from 2:00 AM AEDT until 6:00 AM AEDT

MyLO Manager unavailable

Description: There is currently an issue with the SQL Server that hosts the MyLO Manager database.  This is resulting in a large number of timeouts and as such units are failing to update to MyLO. We have disabled MyLO Manager until this issue has been resolved.

MyLO Infrastructure changes

The MyLO system will be upgrading server infrastructure. As such MyLO will be unavailable while this work is being performed. This upgrade will improve performance of MyLO as well as provide a more robust and stable system. This upgrade will commence at 10pm 30th June and finish at 3pm the 1st of July. During this period MyLO and all associated systems will be unavailable to both staff and students. We advise any material on MyLO required during this outage period should be downloaded prior to the commencement of the upgrade. This work is being performed under Request for Change (CHG0030061).
