MyLO unavailable - 1:00am to 7:00am 21st January

Dear Staff and Students,

MyLO will be unavailable due to a scheduled outage from:

1:00 AM Saturday 21 January until 7:00 AM Saturday 21 January (AEDT).

During this outage MyLO will be unavailable to ALL STUDENTS and STAFF.

You are advised to download any materials that may be required during this time before this date.

MyLO and MyLO Manager unavailable Friday 3rd February 1am - 10am

Dear Users,

MyLO will be unavailable to all staff and students on Friday 3rd February from 1am - 10am whilst system maintenance is undertaken. Services are expected to be restored by 8am. Any issues occurring after then should be communicated to the IT Service desk via the self service portal.

Related to this outage, MyLO Manager will also be unavailable from Thursday 2nd February until midday Friday 3rd February. This means that new units can not be created or existing ones maintained by staff during this time.

MyLO Manager Outage: 2:00 PM - 5:00PM Monday 16th October

Dear staff,

MyLO Manager will be unavailable for you to use on Monday afternoon, from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM.

During this time you will not be able to access MyLO manager to maintain or update your units. Note: MyLO will be unaffected.

During this time we will be updating the Organisation structure to be inline with the new colleges.

This work is being done so that you will be able to create your 2018 units in the new structure.

Once MyLO manager is available again, if you maintain a 2017 semester two or five unit you may have to select a new discipline or school on the Unit Details screen, if things for your school or Faculty have been updated.
