Issue when taking your Quiz

Sometimes you will encounter an issue while undertaking a quiz. This can occur due to internet outages, or you may run out of time and can no longer submit your quiz. If you are having internet issues then please contact the Service Desk in the first instance, so that a job is logged at the time of your issue: https://utas1.service-now.com/selfservice Please also contact your lecturer as they can see a detailed log of events that show when you entered the quiz and saved each question/ page.

If necessary, they can submit the quiz on your behalf or allow you extra time to complete the quiz or another attempt at the quiz.

NOTE: It is recommended that when undertaking a quiz that you save each question as you go.
