What software do I need to listen to MyMedia Service recordings?

A recent version of a MYLO compatible web browser such as:

• Microsoft Internet Explorer
• Mozilla Firefox
• Apple Safari

To get your chosen web browser to work correctly with MyLO and MyMedia Service, it will need to be configured as per the information in the MyLO browser configuration page.

To use the MyMedia Player to "stream" recordings you need Adobe Flash plug-in for one of the above browsers.

To play downloadable mp3/mp4 recordings you will need a recent version of one of the following programs:

• Windows Media Player
• Apple QuickTime
• VLC Media Player

To use the podcast (RSS) links to automatically download new recordings when they become available, use software that is capable of receiving podcasts such as:

• iTunes
