The MyMedia Service now has a regular service outage window every Friday from 8am - 8.30am.This means that access to recordings and administration of recordings will be unavailable during this time.
The outage window will be used by support staff to restart the service and apply minor updates as necessary. MyLO units will still be available for students and staff to use and only the actual media files in MyMedia will be affected during the outage.
