MyMedia Service has been approved to move into production for Semester 2 2011!

The MyMedia Service will provide lecture recording and delivery services to staff and students at UTAS following the project board approval to do so. MyMedia Service provides streaming and podcasts of lectures through a new and improved environment.

Existing Lectopia venues will be migrated across to the new system in June 2011. Functionality and operation in the Lecture Theatres will remain the same, with staff noticing only a small change (basically the name) to the interface.

Bookings for Semester 2 should be requested now. Bookings received by 20th June are guaranteed to be ready for semester start. The booking form can be completed here.
