Information and Training sessions for the new MyMedia Service are now available.

MyMedia Service is the replacement for Lectopia lecture recording services in Semester 2, 2011 and beyond Information and Training sessions are now available, all staff currently using Lectopia in semester 1 and staff intending to use recordings in Semester 2 are encouraged to attend.

School based general information sessions about changes to the service are now being organised. If your school has not organised one yet please contact Leah.Chandler@utas.edu.au to facilitate this.

Hands-on computer lab workshops for practical application and use of the new service is now available to register for.
These workshops will cover:

  • Familiarisation with the new interface
  • Managing course recordings in MyMedia Service
  • Staff Uploads (External Media Ingest)
  • Editing recordings
  • Making recordings available to students
  • Personal Capture Software
