You are invited to join a conversation to help develop Open to Talent, the new UTAS Strategic Plan.
As the next step in the development of Open to Talent, the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Peter Rathjen, has released a Green Paper (PDF 178KB), identifying UTAS’s future priorities. You can share your thoughts on the Green Paper (PDF 178KB) by emailing Our.Plan@utas.edu.au by Monday 6 February 2012. Following consideration of this feedback, a draft of Open to Talent will be prepared.
UTAS's current strategic plan, EDGE2, is due to expire at the end of 2011 and the new plan will be delivered, for approval, to the University Council meeting of April 2012. It will set UTAS’s aspirations for the next decade, with a focus on goals and strategies for the next five years. During the first round of conversations about the new plan, held in August 2011, over 1000 staff, students and members of the community accessed an online survey to share their ideas.
