Pieter completed his Bachelor of Nursing in 1993 in The Netherlands and has worked in Sydney and Brisbane as a Clinical Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist. Late 2003, he started working in the Royal Hobart Hospital. Pieter developed an interest in education and accepted a position as a Clinical Nurse (Education) and in 2007 he became a Nurse Educator. Currently Pieter works as a Clinical Facilitator Innovation and Redesign, facilitating the development and implementation of systems and processes that enables the delivery of quality care. Pieter has completed a Master in Clinical Nursing and has an interest in clinical leadership.
