All you need to access library resources is your student ID card (which is also your library card), your UTAS email username and password (to access online resources), and your Library PIN. Find out more about how to start borrowing, or pick up a Pocket Guide from a Library branch.
In the Library you can access:
You can use all these resources to find the information you need for your university studies.
One of the first things you’ll need to know when semester begins is how to find the books and articles on your unit reading lists. Teach yourself online for a quick and easy interactive tutorial on finding your readings in the Catalogue, and on eReserve. eReserve is a collection of electronic copies of articles, chapters and past exam papers that you can access without having to go into a Library branch or wait for other students to return.
To help you get started, the Library provides a Subject Guide for every discipline taught at UTAS. These guides give you tips and links for the best resources for your subject area, all in one place.
