You can’t spend all your time at your desk. Sport, leisure and fitness activities help you stay balanced through meeting new people and staying active.
Allow Unigym to assist you in optimising your health, fitness and wellbeing whilst studying at UTAS by choosing from our range of gym services, Personal Training, Group Fitness Classes and racquet court sports. As a multi-functional fitness centre, Unigym delivers a comprehensive range of sports and relaxation options, allowing you to add as much variety and flexibility to your exercise regime as you like.
Unigym operates Centres across three UTAS campuses – Hobart, Launceston and Burnie – with membership benefits entitling you to reciprocal rights between Hobart and Launceston’s all-inclusive Centres.

If you are already participating in a sporting activity or want to experience a new sport, then consider joining a TUU Sports Club. From Aikido to White Water Rafting, there are opportunities to build life-long friendships as well as sporting skills. The TUU keeps a listing of all current sports clubs.
