Amy Willows has been with the PASS program since 2010, initially as a PASS leader in Economics and as a Mentor since 2011. Amy supports leaders in Hobart in the areas of Law, French, Chemistry, Geology Journalism, Asian Studies, and Art.
PASS Mentors assist the PASS Coordinator in providing ongoing support and training to PASS Leaders. PASS Mentors are promoted from the role of PASS Leader due to their exceptional leadership skills and performance as a PASS Leader. PASS Mentors assist the PASS Coordinator by observing PASS sessions/ leader’s sessions, providing feedback and support to Leaders and contributing to program training and development.
