The University currently operates several payroll groups with employees allocated into one of the payroll groups. From 2013 all employees will be paid under one paygroup and have a common pay date.
The Payroll Calendar outlines the individual pay days of the relevant pay groups we process. Please refer to it as dates are subject to change where public holidays affect payment. Where public holidays do affect payment these pays will be processed to your bank account(s) early.
The Employee Web Kiosk enables employees to access and in some cases update information in relation to themselves. Within the Employee Web Kiosk employees can access payslips and payment summary information.
Employee Web Kiosk: Payment Summaries can also be printed from the Employee Web Kiosk and will be available on the 1st of July in each year. If you lose the printed copy that is sent in the mail then you can print the Employee Web Kiosk version.
Printed: Payment Summaries for the current tax year will be posted to your home address during the second week of July in each year. All staff who have been paid during this tax year will receive a printed Payment Summary. Employees can maintain their home address via the Employee Web Kiosk if it changes.
