The School of Pharmacy is located at the Sandy Bay campus in Hobart. The University's campus is set on one hundred hectares at Sandy Bay, not far from the city centre and on the River Derwent.

The School of Pharmacy provides education in pharmacy and related sciences from undergraduate to doctoral level, conducts research programs and acts as a centre of drug expertise for the Tasmanian community. The school has developed a strong clinical emphasis in its teaching and research programs, supported by honorary clinical teachers in hospital and community pharmacies throughout the state.
