Professional Honours gives career pharmacists a flexible alternative to professional development and a seamless pathway into postgraduate study.
This course will equip you with advanced knowledge in pharmacotherapeutics to encourage evidence based application in both community and clinical practice.
Entry requirements
To be considered for a place in the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Professional Honours) applicants must satisfy the following requirements:
Opportunities
Professional Honours will enable you to develop professionally via coursework units that will use case-based learning of medication management and clinical pharmacy issues.
Professional Honours will develop your research skills, introducing research methodology and literature evaluation within research units that will see you develop your own research project.
Professional Honours is a pathway to a Master of Clinical Pharmacy. Completion of Professional Honours gains you direct entry into the Master course and you will gain credit for all units completed, meaning that you only have to do the research project you have just developed.
