Career Summary
Madhur graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2004 at the School of Pharmacy, IPS Academy in Madhya Pradesh, India. After working within pharmaceutical companies in India, he decided to pursue further study, relocating to Tasmania in 2010.
Since then he has completed his Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences with a thesis titled “Detection and quantification of two major nicotine metabolites (cotinine and 3’-hydroxycotinine) in smoker’s urine using ultra-performance liquid-chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry”.
His interest for research and development has led to him becoming a PhD Candidate in 2012, supervised by Dr Rahul Patel of the School of Pharmacy.
Thesis title: "The effect of low-molecular-weight heparin oligosaccharides in modulating responses associated with respiratory inflammation"
