Najla graduated from Bachelor of Med. Sci. in 2003 from Umm- AlQura University, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. She completed Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2010 from School of Pharmacy, University of Tasmania, Hobart, Australia.
She worked as a demonstrator in Faculty of Pharmacy, Umm-AlQura University, Saudi Arabia and got a scholarship to study overseas in 2007.
