Cancer pharmacology is the study of pharmacological basis of the actions of anticancer drugs. The study aim is to improve therapeutic outcomes of chemotherapy by understanding its mechanism of actions, pharmacokinetics (absorption, disposition, metabolism and excretion), inter-individual variations, drug-drug-interactions, and pre-clinical and clinical new drug development.
