I come from Singapore where I did a Diploma in Biotechnology. I came to Tasmania in 2003 and I did my bachelors in Plant Science in the University of Tasmania. I followed on to do my honours in the same institution on the bryophytes diversity and ecology of cool temperate rainforest in Northern Tasmania.
I am currently involved in tree ring growth analysis in CERF project. I am also involved in producing a spore atlas and phenology chart of Southeast Tasmanian plants. My other interests include various aspects of the ecology of Tasmania's unique and threatened flora and of tropical plants.
