In 2010 he completed honours (first class), thesis: Computerised decision support systems in pharmacy practice. Colin developed IT skills through completing a Graduate Diploma of Computing in 2011. In 2014 Colin continued this theme through completing a PhD on the Evaluation of clinical decision support provided by medication review software. Colin joined UMORE in 2008 to work on the PROMISe project, recording clinical interventions performed by community pharmacists, which had led to a funded pharmacy practice service. He has a personal interest in information technology which brings a useful perspective to the group.
