Property Services is responsible for maintaining the University’s buildings and associated fixed plant and equipment. If you need to report a problem with any of the facilities or services in your workplace, building or campus grounds, contact the authorised work request officer in your section/school or contact the Work Request Desk on +61 3 6226 2816 (south) or +61 3 6324 3637 (north).
You can request a number of services through the Work Request System (authorised officers only) including:
If you are not an authorised work request officer and you wish to access the electronic Work Request System, please complete the New User Request form (PDF 15.8KB) and forward it to Property Services on fax +61 3 6226 2797 or Private Box 35.

Faults may be classified with priority ratings of immediate, urgent or standard. There are specific response times and completion times for each priority rating.
When you put in a work request on the Work Request System, you will receive a work request number and a Property Services contact. For enquiries about the progress of work requests, please call or email the Property Services contact. If you do not receive a response from the Property Services contact, please call the Work Request Desk on +61 3 6226 2816 (south) or +61 3 6324 3637 (north and Cradle Coast).
