Nominations are now OPEN for the 2013 Vice-Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Contributions by Voluntary Position Holders
Voluntary position holders make an important contribution to the work of the University of Tasmania. The Vice-Chancellor's Award for Outstanding Contributions by Voluntary Position Holders is designed to recognise sustained, outstanding contributions made by individuals holding such positions.
One award is available annually.
Deans of Faculty, Directors of Institute and Heads of Division are invited to nominate voluntary position holders for the 2013 award, according to the criteria.
Please refer to the award guidelines for further information.
Nominations must be received by the close of business (5pm) on Friday 24 May to the Office of the Provost, Private Bag 51, Sandy Bay Campus or by email to Jan.Horton@utas.edu.au.
The winner will be formally announced by the Vice-Chancellor at the University's Awards for Excellence Ceremony to be held in Hobart in September.
