The Post-Integration Management Committee will:

• Identify and prioritise management/operational improvements required to enhance the effectiveness of UTAS-AMC Integration and the efficiency of the UTAS (including AMC) operations following integration
• Instigate (or where appropriate recommend to the appropriate officer/s or committee/s) actions to implement agreed improvements
• Monitor the progress of integration and specifically of the agreed improvements, and take remedial action where necessary
• Provide regular reports to the Vice-Chancellor through the Chair
