The conference will include oral and poster presentations. Contributors should submit an abstract for review designating which category (oral or poster) is preferred. Abstracts must not exceed 400 words , and should be in 12-point font (Times New Roman preferred). They should include the title of the presentation, author(s), author affiliation, postal and email address, telephone and fax numbers. An electronic version (either via email or floppy disk) is preferred. A Microsoft Word template is available here . However, if this is not possible please forward two copies of the abstract to the address below. A confirmation of receipt of abstract will be forwarded within 7 days.
Postgraduate students are encouraged to submit a poster presentation in order to be eligible for the Denis Glencross Student Award. A prize of $A400 will be presented to the student whose poster is judged the most outstanding.
ABSTRACT DEADLINE: 15 TH SEPTEMBER 2008
Contributors will be advised of the success of their submissions in 2 stages. Within 4 weeks of submission you will be advised in writing as to whether your abstract has been accepted for presentation at the conference. Submissions chosen for an oral presentation will be decided by the 27 th of October 2008.
