Timing Variability in Tapping and Circle Drawing

Participants will be asked to tap in time to a metronome, then keep tapping without the metronome at the same pace for a further 20 seconds. They will repeat the tapping a number of times, and also be asked to draw circles in time to a metronome, then continue without it. The entire experiment takes around an hour and a half, including rest breaks.

The participant needs to be over 18, and right handed. Participants should not have experienced a brain injury within the last 12 months, or have ongoing neurological conditions. It is preferred that have none or only limited musical experience.

The finishing date is Friday 4 September 2009.
