ERPs as Indices of Error Salience

Females on the Hobart campus aged 18-35, who are right handed, are invited to participate in an investigation looking at the cognitive processing associated erroneous responses. Participants will have a chance to see their brain waves in action!

Interested participants will first complete a brief confidential questionnaire to ensure their eligibility for the study. The questionnaire will ask about recreational drug habits, use of prescription medication, any neurological conditions, use of prescription medications, and any neurological conditions. This will be followed by a two hour experimental session in which participants will complete a basic published personality questionnaire and then complete some simple cognitive tasks while brain activity (EEG) is recorded.
