Nominations are now open for the 2017 Vice-Chancellor's Awards for Outstanding Contributions to Research and Research Training.
The Vice-Chancellor's Awards for outstanding contributions to research and research training have been established to recognise staff who have made a major contribution to excellence in research and research training.
- Outstanding research performance by a new researcher
- Outstanding research program
- Exceptional researcher training development and higher degree research training supervision
- University Research Medal
The award guidelines, nomination form and a list of past winners can be accessed below.
Nominations must be received by the close of business on Friday 2 June 2017. Please submit your nominations by the due date to Tanya Adrych, Office of the DVC Research, Private Bag 3, Hobart or by email to Tanya.Adrych@utas.edu.au.
Awards will be formally presented by the Vice-Chancellor at the VC Award Ceremony on Thursday 9 November 2017.
