Do you want to create and deliver a media friendly story about your research?

Join this media training session to learn how.

The training includes:

  • stakeholder mapping
  • message development
  • preparation of media releases
  • interview ‚Äčcoaching and practice

The training session is co-ordinated and delivered by senior University media and communications specialists, and has a strong practical focus.

“Media is a small part of a researcher’s life, but it can be an important one in building awareness about research impact and excellence and driving institutional reputation. Of course, all of these can be determinants to future grant outcomes,” Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research) Professor Brigid Heywood

Limited places are still available.  The training has received strong endorsement from the first participants last month.  Every participant from the first group said they would recommend the training to a colleague and 90% rated it ‘five’ on a five-point scale as to its usefulness.
