A panel of Institute of Regional Development (IRD) PhD candidates will discuss their research findings and the impact of these for policy and practice.
These will be delivered in a series of 5 minute case 'snapshots' including findings, key messages, how this might make a real difference on the ground (policy practice), the potential audience that the research is seeking to capture and how they might be reached.
AND Launch of IRD's Academic Publishing Resource Kit and the IRD Publications Incentive Prize 2012.
Academics, PhD candidates and undergraduate students are invited to attend.
Afternoon tea will be provided.
