Staff and external stakeholders are invited to attend this information session on the new ARC Industrial Transformation Research Program (ITRP) which was recently launched by the Australian Research Council.
The ITRP will offer a suite of funding schemes attractive to both university-based researchers and industries which will fund research hubs and research training centres; as well as support Higher Degree by Research students and postdoctoral researchers in gaining real-world practical skills and experience through placement in industry.
To achieve this, the Program will fund Industrial Transformation Research Hubs and Industrial Transformation Training Centres.
The priorities areas for this funding round are future food storage; food processing; manufacturing capabilities; product opportunities and other food related research.
For further information please contact Ian Cummings, Senior Project Officer (ARC) on Ian.Cummings@utas.edu.au or 6226 7592.
