What is Research Professional?
Research Professional is a comprehensive funding opportunities database which offers researchers the opportunity to search for research funding in all disciplines, from a wide range of sponsors in Australia and overseas.
All funding opportunities in the database are eligibility verified for Australian researchers. The database has a user-friendly interface and features powerful searching and customisation tools designed to assist in searching for research funding.
The University of Tasmania (UTAS) subscribes to the Research Professional database, and use of it is free of charge for all UTAS employees and students. Within the UTAS network, the database may be searched by browsing to the following web site: http://www.researchprofessional.com. Using the database on any computer outside of the UTAS network requires a personal profile to be created.
