The Clearance Form for all externally-funded projects includes a statement signed by the Chief Investigator and Head of School that a risk assessment has been carried out and that identified risks will be appropriately managed.
The University has a Risk Management Policy. This prescribes the UTas Risk Matrix which is a standardised Risk Matrix for all UTas risk assessments.&The Risk Matrix sets out risk levels and consequences of events.
