Research Operations (Funding) can assist you with your tender applications, especially where general information regarding the University is required, and/or where it is required to be authorised by the relevant University delegate.
Notice Requirements:
We require minimum notice of 10 working days prior to the due date.
Please provide us with a copy of the Request for Tender.
Research Operations will provide (as required):
- A generic Tender template
- Tenderer’s information section
- Annual Reports, Insurance Certificates, Policies
- Legal documents such as a statutory or other signed declarations
- Legal review (where UTas is required to comment on its ability to comply with a draft contract, or required to disclose relevant legal proceedings)
- Assistance with finalising the budget
- Clearance Form for Head of School signature
- Deputy Vice-Chancellor’s sign-off on behalf of the University.
The Tenderer is responsible for:
- Preparation of the Tender application document, including making the requisite number of copies of the Tender
- Submission of the Tender application.
