Graduate Research Conference (SEiR) 2013: 3MT prize money conditions

The prize money is to be used towards research expenses and its use is therefore restricted:  Travel must entail at least one distinct purpose which is clearly relevant and academically justifiable although it does not need to be essential to the completion of the thesis.
Acceptable purposes may include the following:

• collecting field data;
• accessing research materials or facilities that are unavailable in Australia;
• working in a laboratory, research institute;
• meeting researchers overseas;
• undertaking research methodologies training;
• presenting a paper or defending a poster at an overseas conference;
• consolidating research links with overseas universities and research institutions.
