Tasmania Graduate Research Scholarships are available across all research disciplines at UTAS and will be awarded to applicants with demonstrated research ability.

Living Allowance

Value:

AUD $23,728pa in 2012.  The 2013 rate is $24,653.

Duration:

3 years with a possible 6 month extension

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

  • have been awarded at least a second class upper Honours degree or a combination of equivalent qualifications
     and/or sector based experience
  • be applying for admission to a doctoral degree
