Information and tips on communicating across the different cultures is available in the Cross Cultural Awareness and Communication fact sheet (PDF 158.5KB). The Support and Equity Cross-Cultural Support Service offers assistance and advice to staff working with candidates from a Culturally And Linguistically Diverse (CALD) background.
ALTC Cross-cultural Supervision Project
An Australian Learning and Teaching Council (ALTC) funded online resource to assist supervisors and international candidates address potential challenges arising from cross-cultural experiences. Resources available include video clips, written scenarios, strategies and checklists.
