Low risk applications may be submitted at any time, as these are assessed by the Chair of the HREC on behalf of the full committee.
Full and prior approval applications must be received by monthly submission dates. You can view the upcoming submission dates on the following pages:
- Health and Medical HREC meeting and submission dates.
- Social Sciences HREC meeting and submission dates.
Please submit:
- A complete electronic copy (which may be unsigned). It is very important that the electronic copy of the application contains all attachments, as this is used to process your application.
- One signed hard copy of your application to the appropriate Ethics Officer.
Once your application has been received and processed, it will be given a unique ethics reference number. You will need this number each time you contact the office in relation to your project.
